Job description

Purpose: establish and lead the Ways of Working function and champion ongoing improvement in program effectiveness and efficiency.

Seniority: Principal.

Reports to: Program Director.

Responsibilities

• Baseline flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, work in progress, dependency wait and predictability.

• Map the program value stream to find where work waits.

• Run a prioritised improvement backlog as measured experiments with program leadership.

• Write successful changes into the RegistryConnect Ways of Working.

• Transfer the function to an ASIC lead before exit.

Essential: led agile or lean ways of working transformation at program or portfolio scale with measured results.

Desirable: scaled agile frameworks; flow metrics tooling; government delivery environments.
