The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat battery replacements, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your day from home, with a focus on demand-led shifts.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Thrive on variety and enjoy solving diverse roadside challenges daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Passion for automotive services and a desire to help people.
