Marketing Coordinator

Description
Robert Half is currently seeking a contract-based Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of marketing initiatives on a part-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and supporting both digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Marketing Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Vancouver
Duration: Through April, with potential to extend
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Pay: $30-32/hour (W2)
Responsibilities

• Execute marketing content using Canva templates
• Coordinate vendor communications and place orders
• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Leverage AI tools to create landing pages and marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update CRM data
• Support marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Required Skills

• 1-2 years of Marketing Coordinator experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Experience creating marketing materials, including flyers, event collateral, email campaigns, and web content
• Proficiency in Canva
• Familiarity with project management tools
