We're looking for an experienced Network Deployment Manager to join a major telecoms programme delivering the rollout and upgrade of mobile network infrastructure across the UK.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll be responsible for coordinating the deployment and integration of new and upgraded network sites, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure successful delivery against programme targets. You'll manage risks, dependencies, escalations and deployment activities, ensuring sites are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering telecoms network deployment programmes.
• Strong understanding of RAN, mobile network rollout and site deployment activities.
• Experience managing suppliers, third parties and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasts, risks and escalations.
• Experience working within fast-paced delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive issues through to resolution.

Desirable

• Experience with 4G and 5G deployment programmes.
• Background working with mobile operators, network infrastructure providers or major telecoms vendors.
• Knowledge of network integration and operational handover processes.
