Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ESL (Extended Shelf Life) Project Manager to lead a major SAP implementation in Sacramento as part of a larger SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing full-cycle SAP implementations in manufacturing and warehouse environments, with solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP/PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management and EWM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of the Sacramento SAP ESL implementation.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and stakeholder communications.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap workshops for manufacturing and warehouse processes.
• Coordinate SAP solutions across PP/PP-PI, QM, IM and EWM.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics and IT teams.
• Oversee warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, shipping and inventory management.
• Coordinate warehouse automation, ASRS, conveyors, RF devices, transportation and yard logistics integrations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, operational readiness, cutover, deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Support inventory traceability, cycle counting, recall readiness, quality processes and warehouse exception management.
• Provide project governance, status reporting and executive-level communications.
• Drive process improvement, change management and user adoption.
• Coach project teams on project management tools and Lean-Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP PP/PP-PI, QM, IM and EWM.
• Manufacturing, warehouse or distribution implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodology.
• Strong experience with testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Experience with Jira, Wrike or Asana as a power user/administrator.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled SAP tools such as SAP Joule.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to support the Sacramento facility onsite at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, food & beverage or distribution.
• Process manufacturing experience including recipe management, batch traceability, quality controls and shelf-life management.
• Multi-site SAP implementation experience.
• Experience with warehouse automation and logistics integrations.
