The Role

• Perform expert painting and surface preparation on complex aircraft components.
• Conduct sealing and kitting work on aircraft structures.
• Apply specialized painting techniques specific to the aerospace industry.
• Undertake targeted preservation of components, such as aircraft doors.
• Provide support during upstream and downstream manufacturing phases.
• Consistently adhere to work safety, hygiene regulations, and quality guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, painter and varnisher, or a similar qualification.
• Professional experience as a painter, as well as in manufacturing/production.
• Fluent German language skills and proficient English.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
• Conscientious, structured work approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
