We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. We currently have a number of contracts available so are happy to discuss flexible working to suit both you and the needs of the business...* Our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts.
As a Casual Food and Beverage team member, your main duties will be:
· The service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team, or Meetings & Events working weddings, functions and other events
· Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
· Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
· Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is requested
· Attentive, professional customer service skills
· The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
· Experience of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)
· As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest
