The Role

• Develop and implement therapeutic programs and activities for residents with psychological, motor, and cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate closely with care management to design individual and group interventions that promote an active and high quality of life.
• Participate in quality improvement teams to enhance resident well-being and care standards.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of life for residents.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and engagement in daily activities.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Occupational Therapist.
• A genuine passion for working with the elderly and individuals requiring care.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in developing and delivering personalized therapeutic interventions is a plus.
