CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G, etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. Responsibilities:

Monitor the mechanical plant<br />Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings<br />Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)<br />Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)<br />Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc<br />Monitor the BMS systems.<br />Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)<br />General building fabric<br />Escort specialist subcontractorsHours of work 4 on 4 off - Days Only<br />7 am - 7 pmPackage Up to £48,900<br />22-day shift holiday Overtime available<br />Company pension Season Ticket Loan<br />Potential to be put through HV trainingRequirements Level 2 &amp;3 in Mechanical Engineering (C&amp;G, NVQ etc)<br />A proven track record in Building Maintenance<br />Good Communication Skills.<br />Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.<br />Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)<br />Good Leadership &amp; Management skillsIf you are interested, please email your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out
