Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & WMS Implementation Manager to lead warehouse operations, process optimization initiatives, and technology transformation projects across distribution and fulfillment environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics operations, and successful implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including integration with automation technologies such as conveyors, sortation systems, ASRS, robotics, RF devices, and ERP platforms.

This role requires a strong blend of operational excellence, process improvement expertise, and technical knowledge to drive efficiency, inventory accuracy, productivity, and scalable warehouse solutions.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

  • Ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service level compliance.

  • Develop and implement warehouse KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.

  • Standardize operational procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Conduct workflow analysis and redesign warehouse processes to improve throughput and reduce cycle times.

  • Lead change management activities during process and technology transformations.

  • Lead Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

  • Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into system configurations.

  • Design and oversee integrations between WMS, ERP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), MES, and third-party applications.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 8+ years of warehouse operations and distribution center experience.

  • 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Proven experience with warehouse process design, optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with implementation and supporting WMS platforms

  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

  • Demonstrated experience managing warehouse automation projects and system integrations.

Work Arrangement: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$121,300.00 - $192,995.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
