The Role

We're looking for a Technical Development Lead to lead the design, build and ongoing evolution of a strategic multi-tenant digital platform that supports NobleOak and our growing partner ecosystem. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our customer and partner technology experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines software engineering, architecture, platform delivery and people leadership. You'll set technical direction, drive architectural decisions, lead a small team of developers, and work closely with business stakeholders and partners to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality digital solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Technical Development Lead, you'll be responsible for:

Designing and maintaining a scalable, multi-tenant platform architecture that supports multiple partners

Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams and partners to translate requirements into clear technical solutions

Leading the delivery of platform initiatives from planning through to production release

Defining API integration patterns and ensuring secure, resilient connections with internal and external systems

Establishing engineering standards across code quality, testing, accessibility, performance and security

Owning CI/CD pipelines and release management processes

Driving the effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes

Managing platform deployment and operations across Microsoft Azure environments

Leading and mentoring Frontend Developers, supporting capability uplift and delivery excellence

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across engineering practices, processes and platforms

Desired Skills and Experience

What You Bring

7+ years' experience delivering software development projects and enterprise platform solutions

Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript and modern front-end development practices

Experience designing scalable platform architectures, including multi-tenant solutions and component-based design approaches

Strong understanding of API integrations, authentication, application security and solution design

Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring developers and driving successful project outcomes

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application delivery

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
