Logistics Billing Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Billing Analyst to handle customer billing, accounts receivable, freight invoice auditing, and billing corrections. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or transportation/logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process customer billing (AR) accurately and on time.

· Review and audit carrier freight invoices.

· Investigate billing errors and duplicate charges.

· Prepare billing correction forms and reports.

· Review freight documentation and validate charges.

· Analyze billing activities and their impact on P&L.

· Assist with revenue, cost, and financial reporting.

Required / Preferred Skills:

· Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, or logistics.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
