PA. Bringing Ingenuity to Life.

Become part of the team

This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to support PA's firmwide campaigns programme, helping shape our position in some of the most strategically important topics for our clients, including digital transformation, AI, data and emerging technology.

The opportunity for organisations to create value through digital, data and AI has never been greater. Technology is reshaping industries, customer expectations continue to evolve, and organisations must continually adapt to stay ahead. PA works with some of the world's most ambitious organisations to navigate this change; from harnessing data and AI to unlock new opportunities, to transforming operations, enhancing decision-making and driving sustainable growth.

We're looking for a curious and commercially minded marketer who is energised by market trends, innovation and growth. You'll help turn complex ideas into compelling stories and marketing programmes that influence senior decision-makers and create measurable business impact. You'll bring strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to support alignment across diverse stakeholder groups across PA.

Joining a high-performing marketing team, you'll work alongside subject matter experts, strategists, designers and technologists to support the market narrative for some of the most important challenges facing organisations today. Drawing on the expertise of our consultants and best-practice campaigning, you'll help develop integrated marketing activity that strengthens PA's brand, drives client engagement, generates commercial opportunities and supports PA's mission to create a positive human future.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and planning – support the development of integrated marketing plans by identifying emerging market opportunities, digital, data and AI trends, and market insights that strengthen PA's profile, shape market conversations and generate demand for our expertise.

  • Stakeholder engagement – build trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors, capabilities and geographies, contributing ideas, supporting decision-making and helping align marketing priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.

  • Integrated marketing campaigns – plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across virtual and physical events, website, PR, social media channels, advertising, sales collateral, demonstrations, awards and associations.

  • Thought leadership development – work with subject matter experts to develop compelling thought leadership and market-facing narratives on topics such as digital transformation, data, AI, emerging technologies and the future of the Intelligent Enterprise.

  • Brand management – ensure marketing activity supports and strengthens the PA brand, acting as an ambassador for PA’s purpose and brand.

  • Marketing operations – maintain accurate and timely budgeting, campaign tracking and KPI reporting to support firmwide, sector, geographic and global marketing priorities.

  • Client relationship management – capture and track client contact information and grow the contact database. Build and deliver targeted account-based and issue-led programmes.

  • Wider marketing contribution – contribute to wider marketing initiatives as required, collaborating with colleagues across the global marketing team.

  • Strong experience delivering integrated B2B marketing programmes, including thought leadership, content, digital marketing, events and account-based marketing.

  • Experience of marketing within a professional services, consulting or other expertise-led environment.

  • A versatile marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and measurable commercial impact.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, contribute to decision-making and support priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Naturally curious, with an appetite to learn, explore emerging trends and collaborate across disciplines.

  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content and campaigns.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience marketing complex B2B propositions within technology, digital, data, AI or consulting-led environments is advantageous.

We know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.
