The Role

• Prepare specialty products according to in-house recipes.
• Implement sales-promoting measures and innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or prior experience in food retail or gastronomy.
• Welcomed as a career changer with previous experience handling food.
• Genuine interest in preparing and processing fresh meat and food products.
• Enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
• Strong customer focus, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts within operating hours.
