Senior ISV Partner Development Manager - Cloud Computing

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead strategic global ISV partnerships. In this role, you will own executive-level ISV relationships, build and execute joint go-to-market and co-selling plans, and drive revenue growth across AWS services. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, analyze partner performance, and identify new solution opportunities. Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic global ISV partner relationships for AWSDevelop and execute joint go-to-market and co-selling plans with ISVs
• Align partners with AWS product, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue
• Analyze partner performance, pipelines, and KPIs to optimize results
• Negotiate partner agreements and business terms within AWS guidelines
• Identify new market opportunities and solution areas with ISVs
• Enable partners on AWS cloud services, programs, and best practices
• Lead executive business reviews and communicate partner strategies
• Manage complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
• Report on partner progress and provide data-driven recommendations
