Job Description

1. Job Summary:

We are seeking an Office Administrative Specialist to assist day-to-day office operations and employee support functions. This role is primarily responsible for office administration, facilities management, and employee welfare, while providing administrative and coordination support to HR and IT as needed.

This position plays a key role in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and supportive workplace environment.

2. Responsibilities

  • General Affairs & Office Operations (Core Responsibilities)
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and inventory.
  • Oversee office environment, facilities, and workplace organization
  • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and external service providers
  • Manage company assets such as furniture, equipment, and office resources
  • Provide general administrative support for daily office operations
  • Support internal office-related communications and announcements
  • Employee Welfare & Internal Support (administrative support)
  • HR Support (onboarding and offboarding logistics, internal communication support)
  • IT Support (IT asset tracking and coordination support)
  • Perform other general affairs duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or a similar role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and presentations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable supporting multiple departments (HR, IT) in an administrative role
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
