Day to Day Responsibilities:


  • Create workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and other deliverables
  • Manage projects independently, and collaborate with researchers and content designers
  • Drive design practices and champion human centered design in an agile environment
  • Present your designs to stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating the decisions made
  • Adopt our product design system - UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines



Requirements:


  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in product design.
  • Good understanding of user centered design principles.
  • Well versed in design, critical thinking, problem solving, and prototyping tools
  • Experience of working on enterprise software is a bonus
