Job Description

10+ years of experience as a SharePoint Consultant with expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, designing, developing, and maintaining modern SharePoint solutions.
Strong experience building Communication Sites, Team Sites, Hub Sites, Landing Pages, and developing page architecture, navigation, permissions, document libraries, lists, and content organization.
Hands-on experience implementing SharePoint governance, metadata, content types, retention policies, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
Proficiency in SPFx development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, along with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph integrations to deliver scalable business solutions.
Experience developing site structures, page templates, responsive SharePoint pages, and recommending UX/UI improvements to enhance the overall intranet user experience.
Ability to work independently in an end-to-end SharePoint consulting role, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Microsoft 365 solutions from design through implementation and ongoing support.
