Job description

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM and Access Management solutions. This role ensures secure access controls across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud environments while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through research, debugging, and analysis.

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementing fine grained access control and SSO for Single Page Application, Legacy Application and Cloud Apps

• Experience in customizing and implementing Multi-Factor Authentication services on authentication platforms and Directory services such as OKTA, SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC and Identity as a Service (IDAAS)

• Experience working hands-on with Linux, Webservers, and databases

• Experience in customizing IAM COTS products and performance tuning

• Experience coding in Java Technologies like JDBC, Java Script framework, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA and Web Services (REST)

• Familiarity with developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications in AWS environments

• Knowledge of Github/Code Management (GIT)/Configuration

Preferred Skills:

• OKTA, SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory customization experience

• Experience integrating AI into IAM processes and applying identity controls to AI systems, including AI-assisted access governance, risk-based authentication, and management of non-human identities such as AI agents and service accounts • Experience of implementing API Security

• Experience with production support, issue resolution and collaborating with vendors

• Knowledge of DevOps Process to deploy to cloud infrastructure, Jenkins CI/CD process for product/API deployment

• Experience with Database design, DML and DDL tasks

• Experience fixing Security vulnerabilities in code

• Experience developing automated unit tests using Selenium
