The Role

• Skillfully prepare and portion fresh goods, including meat, sausage, and cheese.
• Independently create specialty items using in-house recipes.
• Propose and implement sales-promoting initiatives.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in food retail or gastronomy is a plus.
• Genuine interest in preparing and processing fresh meat and other fresh products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail sector.
• Strong customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
