Franklin, TN – 2–3 days per week

At Vida-Flo Middle Tennessee, we believe wellness starts from within. We help our clients feel energized, recover faster, lose weight, and optimize their overall health through IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, NAD+ therapy, medical weight loss programs, peptide therapy, and other proactive wellness services.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and motivated Wellness Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping others achieve their wellness goals, we'd love to meet you.

9.5-hour shifts create a better work-life balance with fewer workdays

Weekday hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekend hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

Welcome clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Create a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service.

Educate & Recommend

Educate clients on our IV therapies, vitamin infusions, medical weight loss programs, memberships, and wellness services.

Educate services based on client goals and lifestyle.

Confidently discuss memberships, promotions, and wellness packages while helping clients find the best value.

Meet and exceed membership and sales goals.

Support Clinic Operations

Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow.

Answer phones, emails, and client questions promptly.

Process payments and maintain accurate client records.

Assist with inventory, stocking, opening and closing duties, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a passion for helping people.

Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working toward sales and membership goals.

Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Weekend availability is required, including Sundays. All Wellness Consultants are expected to work some weekends as part of their regular schedule.

No medical experience is required. We provide comprehensive training on our services, products, and wellness programs.
