Are you an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong Spring Boot expertise and active SC clearance?

We're looking for a talented Senior Java Developer to join a high-performing engineering team, designing and delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of technical decisions, influence solution design and work alongside experienced engineers on complex software development challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and enhance enterprise applications using Java Full Stack technologies and Spring Boot.

• Build scalable, secure and high-performing software solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless system integration.

• Drive technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture.

• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices.

• Improve application performance, reliability and maintainability.

Essential Skills

• Advanced Java Full Stack Development experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Spring Boot.

• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong understanding of Agile development practices.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.

• Active SC clearance (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting business transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to delivery management and stakeholder engagement.
