Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the technology and business systems roadmap.
- Lead and improve core IT and business systems across multiple sites.
- Drive system optimisation, process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage and develop relationships with outsourced IT partners, ensuring strong service delivery, accountability and value for money.
- Define and refine responsibilities between internal teams and third-party technology providers.
- Own cyber security strategy, governance and risk management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide leadership to a small internal team whilst coordinating external support partners.
- Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce manual processes and improve the flow of information across the business.
- Establish supplier governance, service standards and performance measures.
About You
- Experience leading IT, business systems or technology functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Exposure to ERP, operational systems or business-critical applications.
- Experience managing suppliers, MSPs and third-party technology providers.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance risk, cost and business priorities.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment whilst providing strategic direction.
- Able to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Experience delivering technology change, systems improvements or transformation initiatives.
