Job Description

  • Role: Associate Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

  • Education: Bachelor s in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Salesforce: Hands-on experience with:
    • Salesforce configuration & declarative development
    • Data modeling and data management
    • Lightning
    • Flow/automation
    • Security & sharing
    • Reports & dashboards
    • Testing and UAT
  • Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, backlog preparation
  • Agile: Backlog refinement, stakeholder collaboration, testing, release support
  • Tools: Jira or Azure DevOps preferred
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator
  • Preferred domains: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, healthcare or insurance, integrations, regulated data
