Job Summary
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, new business development, and relationship management. This position requires a true hunter mentality—someone who thrives on generating leads, building pipelines, and closing new business. The Sales Director will also serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fort Worth, TX
.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently achieve assigned sales goals and performance targets. Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and sales activities in CRM systems. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and other networking opportunities. Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong hunter mentality with proven success in generating and closing new business. Comfortable researching prospective clients, identifying appropriate contact, cold-calling with persistence to make contact with decision makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Education and Experience
~ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
(Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
~2–3 years of proven sales experience
, preferably in outside sales or solution-based selling.
~ Industry experience in insulated glass door or commercial refrigeration applications.
