Production Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Production Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, contributing to the evolution of our brand in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects across digital, social, and print platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Translate client visions and requirements into innovative and unique designs that elevate our brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life, enhancing engagement and brand identity.
• Apply knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce fresh ideas and improve design processes.
• Utilize generative technology to create and refine conceptual work into polished, professional-grade creative outputs.

Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in design, either in-house or at an agency.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of components and design libraries.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative design tools and large language models.
• Familiarity with animation and motion design techniques.
• Knowledge of project management tools to streamline workflow.
• Experience in creating marketing assets for the entertainment industry.
