As system Analyst your expected to be hands on Analyzing the Care Management HIP Application, Do the configuration work that's required, Need to be good with SQL Server, Data Analysis that's required to perform, Be part of Prod Support triage that comes in on a need basis. Reasonable knowledge on Java, Good understanding of Healthcare, good Analytical skills, good backend skills are required. Database, Care Management, Healthcare knowledge are must.
