The Role

• Provide professional nursing care, including basic and advanced treatments.
• Plan, execute, document, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Actively listen to residents' concerns and collaborate with residents and their families to find solutions.
• Ensure adequate stock of medications, bandages, and medical supplies.
• Support and mentor new colleagues, trainees, and interns in team integration.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a registered nurse (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric nurse).
• Preferably prior experience in a similar role.
• A strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
