The Role

• Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Administer medications, perform routine nursing procedures, and manage digital documentation.
• Collaborate with family members, doctors, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Mentor and guide auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns, sharing expertise and fostering a supportive team environment.
• Contribute creatively to daily care planning and client activities.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues through responsible and respectful interactions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist.
• Alternatively, a completed vocational qualification in geriatric or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
