Job Description

Kestra Financial Independent Advisor is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented 401(k) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering 401(k) plans for our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent service to plan participants. You will work closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their retirement needs, educate employees about their options, and assist with any inquiries related to their 401(k) plans. A strong understanding of retirement plan regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial concepts will be essential for success in this position. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver contributions and distributions accurately and on time, all while maintaining a client-focused approach.   • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in 401(k) plan administration or similar retirement plan experience
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and compliance issues related to 401(k) plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retirement plan recordkeeping systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
