Required Skills: 10+ years of Test Management experience, strong expertise in Data & Payments projects, SQL, ETL/Data Testing, API Testing, Test Automation, CI/CD, and Financial Services domain.
Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for backend systems, including ETL pipelines, APIs, web applications, and data services.
Design and execute test cases to validate data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and payment processing workflows.
Perform data validation using SQL to ensure data accuracy, integrity, lineage, and compliance across batch and real-time environments.
Conduct API and service-level testing, including functional, integration, performance, and error-handling validation.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
Manage test data strategy, including synthetic data creation, sensitive data masking, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with development, data engineering, and business teams to resolve defects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
