HIRING: Performance & Load Test Automation Engineer | NYC

Work Arrangement: Onsite 2 3 days per week

Must-Have Skills:
Strong test automation experience
Strong manual testing experience
LoadRunner & JMeter
Performance engineering & workload modeling
Performance monitoring, capacity planning & bottleneck analysis
Strong SQL and backend testing skills
API, integration, database & file testing
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to develop and execute performance test scripts and analyze results
Experience setting up and maintaining performance testing environments
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills

Healthcare Experience:
Healthcare payer experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with experience in platforms such as HealthEdge HealthRules Payor, TriZetto Facets/QNXT, or similar healthcare payer platforms are highly preferred.
Experience with member, provider, enrollment, claims and integration testing is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:
ISTQB Foundation Level certification or higher
UI automation experience with Selenium, UFT One, Playwright, or similar
CI/CD integration experience, preferably Azure DevOps
Experience establishing automation/performance testing frameworks
Experience with test planning, defect management and release validation
