About the role Joining our First Aid and Mental Health Training Services team, the Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining existing clients and securing new business within their allocated portfolio. This includes identifying market opportunities, executing corporate contracts, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, proactive business generation, and accurate reporting.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver agreed programs, contribute to regional training calendars, and uphold Red Cross standards of confidentiality, compliance, and professional conduct.
What you will bring Comprehensive sales/account management background Proven organisational and time management skills Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships Ability to tailor business solutions to new and existing clients Successful track record in achievement of sales targets and KPIs Experience in targeted prospecting with a high conversion rate Professional communication skills Ability to present and appeal to a wide range of clients A current and valid driver's licence is an essential requirement of this role.
