Technical Project Specialist- Digital manufacturing at a pharma/manufacturing-Kalamazoo, MI

1. This is a Technical Project Specialist role focused on digital manufacturing at a pharma/manufacturing site. The person will configure OEE and Connected Worker platforms, convert shop-floor knowledge into digital workflows and training content, and build Power BI dashboards.

Key requirements are manufacturing/batch operations, requirements gathering, shop-floor workflow knowledge, GMP/data integrity, validation, and strong stakeholder coordination. Experience with Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence, digital manufacturing, SOPs, and training/enablement content is preferred.
