WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Territory Manager for Material Handling Equipment Sales, you’ll step into a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and opportunity for success are unlimited!

In this position, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll become a trusted business partner to customers throughout your territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, developing new business, and connecting customers with material handling equipment and solutions that help improve productivity, efficiency, safety, and profitability.

You’ll work with customers across a variety of industries to understand their operations, challenges, and equipment needs. Whether you’re helping a customer add a new lift truck, replace aging equipment, expand a fleet, or identify a better solution for moving materials throughout their operation, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their business.

Each day, you’ll spend your time in the field, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting face-to-face with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and growing your territory. You’ll also partner closely with our service, parts, rental, and other internal teams to ensure customers receive outstanding support throughout the entire relationship.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Previous sales experience; outside or territory sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment, lift trucks, warehouse equipment, or related industrial equipment preferred.
  • Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer operations and recommend equipment and solutions based on their business needs.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing an assigned sales territory.
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.

 

Compensation: Salary + Commission
