We are looking for a driven and analytical Strategy and Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence within a fast-growing, AI-focused technology environment. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact projects by combining data analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on project execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, data science, and go-to-market functions to help turn business priorities into actionable plans. Accountabilities

Strategic Initiative Support: Assist in researching, analyzing, planning, and executing strategic projects and business initiatives. Help translate organizational priorities into structured plans and actionable recommendations.
Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and generate insights to support informed business decisions.
Project Management and Execution: Develop project plans, establish success metrics, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain aligned with priorities and objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges, assess existing workflows, and contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and organizational performance.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance updates to communicate project progress, analytical findings, and recommendations to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across go-to-market, product, engineering, and data science to coordinate initiatives, resolve challenges, and drive progress toward shared business goals.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Bring structure to ambiguous business challenges by conducting research, organizing information, evaluating opportunities, and supporting the development of effective solutions.

Requirements
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analytics, consulting, or a related field is preferred, particularly within high-growth startups or consulting environments.
Educational Background: Strong academic qualifications or demonstrated professional excellence in a relevant discipline.
Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex challenges, identify relevant insights, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
Data Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, interpret performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
Project Management: Understanding of project planning, business operations, performance tracking, and execution methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor deliverables.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare structured presentations, communicate analytical findings, and engage effectively with different stakeholders.
Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, establish productive relationships, and align stakeholders around common objectives.
