Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Claude Code, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have a strong systems-thinking mindset and solid software architecture experience.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code, with real-world examples of usage.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
• Experience with AI Agents, Subagents, and Skills, including when and why to use each.
• Experience with ReAct-based workflows.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reusable prompt and context patterns for Claude Code.
• Structure agentic workflows using Agents, Subagents, and Skills.
• Provide architecture constraints, API contracts, coding standards, code paths, logs, and acceptance criteria to improve AI-generated code quality.
• Use AI-assisted workflows for code analysis, development, testing, documentation, and code review.
• Build and support scalable Java/microservices solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Note: Candidate should be able to explain practical examples of how they have used Claude Code, prompting/context engineering, and agents in real-world development.
