Role Description
Tech Bar Support, Early Life Support, familiar with ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, Remedy, Dell /HP Laptops/Workstations (repair/software support), Project Work as needed etc.

Skills & Requirements
Windows migrations, Dell and HP h/w, WIN10 and WIN11
A+, Great customer service skills, Reliable, Team First mentality, as well ServiceNow experience
