nCino Product Owner/BA

Role Overview
An established financial institution seeks an experienced nCino Product Owner/Business Analyst to guide the transition from platform onboarding to Business-As-Usual operations. This position requires an innovative specialist who will lead design sessions with technical leads and ensure delivery across multiple integrated workstreams. The selected candidate will proactively research product roadmaps, identify automation opportunities, and evaluate the application of agentic workflows within the current infrastructure. Collaboration, technical curiosity, and strong delivery management are essential for success in this environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions with technical leads to design and deliver complex platform solutions.
• Facilitate daily syncs and drive collaboration across a cross-functional team of 12 to 14 professionals.
• Consult as a subject matter expert on initiatives and resources to support business and technical execution needs.
• Develop long-term, large-scale strategies to address complex challenges requiring creative analytical thinking.
• Monitor product development paths to advise stakeholders on future-state technical architecture.
• Engage in hands-on innovation, including the potential utilization of advanced generative AI tools to assist in light product configuration.
• Manage end-to-end delivery requirements, from initial technical analysis to deployment.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, military service, or professional training.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or Business Analysis within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Technical Skills: Proven experience working on large-scale product implementations, specifically utilizing nCino or the Salesforce platform. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of technical architecture concepts, including real-time processing, delayed ETL, and batch processing.
Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with configuration and product ownership of the nCino platform.
• Strong background in commercial lending processes and commercial banking environments.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and agentic workflows for business process automation.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward navigating ambiguous technical challenges.
