United States-Hardware Test Technician I

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience performing hardware testing, validation, installation, firmware updates, driver management, and basic software troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot straightforward hardware and software issues, with basic scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, or RMA processes, with familiarity with AV components and sensors.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience supporting hardware validation or testing environments
• Experience with AV systems, sensors, and technical equipment troubleshooting.
