This employer is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their esteemed pediatric and adolescent psychiatry department. The clinic focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental and psychosomatic disorders in children and adolescents, providing a supportive and expert environment for young patients and their families.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for children and adolescents with psychiatric and psychosomatic conditions.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in the daily operations of various specialized units, including acute, therapeutic, eating disorder, and tic/OCD stations, as well as day clinics.
• Engage with patients and families, offering therapeutic support and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of professional nursing education (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse Specialist).
• Demonstrated empathy and experience working with children and adolescents.
• Assertiveness and the ability to act decisively in patient care situations.
• Commitment, willingness to learn, and flexibility in performing duties.
• A positive attitude towards interprofessional collaboration.
• For international applicants: Minimum B2 German language proficiency and recognition of foreign nursing qualifications.
