The Role

• Lead strategic recruitment efforts for critical technology roles.
• Partner closely with IT leaders and HR to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Ensure a positive and "legendary" candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies to guide and shape hiring decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to recruit for technical positions within the technology sector.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• A driven, positive attitude with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
