The Role

• Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental.
• Manage the check-out and check-in process for rental equipment, including customer inductions.
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Identify and document any damage to returned equipment.
• Perform safety inspections (e.g., UVV) to ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the operational site.

What You'll Need

• A technical or vocational apprenticeship in mechanics, mechatronics, hydraulics, automotive, or heating engineering is desirable.
• A responsible and precise approach to work, especially during equipment handling.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong team spirit.
• Proficiency in customer consultation and equipment operation guidance.
• A valid driver's license, at least class B.
• Competence in using PCs and smartphones for communication and work documentation.
