Senior Vice President, Hedge Fund Accounting Manager

Direct multiple fund accounting teams responsible for NAV calculations, fund performance, expense allocation, financial reporting, and client accounting services. Manage team resources and client relationships, oversee accounting policies and reporting accuracy, evaluate GAAP and IFRS changes, and develop staff while coordinating with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Direct fund accounting teams providing client accounting services, including NAV calculations, performance measurement, expense allocation, and reporting.
• Manage financial and human resources to achieve unit goals and team objectives.
• Oversee processes and resource allocation for NAV determination across assigned funds and measurement cycles.
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated fund calculation and accounting issues.
• Guide financial statement accuracy, accounting records, and client reporting in accordance with policies and applicable standards.
• Evaluate GAAP and IFRS developments, implement accounting changes, and recruit and develop staff while overseeing auditor relationships.
