Senior Product Manager (Must have 5 years exp in large-scale public-sectors)

Required Experience

•Minimum 6+ years’ Experience as a Product Manager leading $10M large-scale public-sector modernization efforts

•Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy applications or leading digital transformation projects

•Strong experience gathering user stories from diverse business stakeholders and converting them into actionable product backlogs

•Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).

•Experience with overseeing and testing of large data conversions

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

•Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands

•Experience with enterprise application modernization (e.g., migrating from legacy platforms, moving to modern architectures).

•Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack, cloud platforms (Azure), or content management systems

•Experience with process improvement and business process reengineering

•Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and public-sector compliance requirements

•Previous experience working with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies or similar public-sector organizations

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•YAFOS Certification
