The Role

• Assist store management with basic store operations and associate development.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees, enforcing company policies.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention in management's absence.
• Ensure a fun, full-service customer experience.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete training programs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
