Outside Sales Representative | Portland, ME, United States | On-site

The Role

  • Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver presentations for a range of facility service programs.
  • Develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate client and activity records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What You'll Need

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for related industries.
  • A proven history of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
