We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician for a leading UK motoring assistance provider, renowned for its long-standing trust and commitment to innovation in roadside repair and services. This role offers the opportunity to deliver expert vehicle maintenance directly to customers, blending technical expertise with excellent customer service.

The Role

• Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly at customer locations.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Operate with independence and autonomy, making sound decisions for each customer's needs.
• Uphold the company's reputation for service excellence and professionalism in every interaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
