What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, OR an Associate's Degree with 1 year of customer-facing experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building customer trust.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
