Java AI Developer / Lead

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Microservices.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain4j, Spring AI, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience integrating AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and model evaluation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing AI-powered chatbots, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent architectures.
• Experience with Python for AI integration is a plus.
• Exposure to LLM observability, AI security, and Responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
